We can provide Direct Drive High Plume Dilution Fans for critical lab applications. These fan systems are designed to provide exhaust fan
systems to extract laboratory, process, or fume hood effluent air and
dilute the effluent with outside ambient air. Because of the nozzle
design, the exhausted effluent is displaced high into the atmosphere
at a constant high discharge velocity.

We have also provided Class III Tubular Centrifugal Supply Fans for facilities capable of 30,000 CFM at 10.0 Inches of static pressure. These fans were also provided with Premium Efficiency Motors with shaft ground kits to prevent VFD Arcing issues. Allied Technologies works closely with consulting engineers to assure proper selection & stable operation.

When large “Built Up” Air Handling Units are required we have provided Twin City APF Plenums fans for Churchill Downs & Floyd Memorial Hospital. These fans are capable of performances of 80,000 CFM at 8.4 inches of static pressure.

We also can provide Spun Aluminum Rooftop for schools; restaurants and other light commercial facilities with ranges of 100t @ 25,000 CFM. We take the same care in selecting these fans as we do the larger fans, assuring efficient; stable operations.
